The Gunnar Gunnarsson Institute, Skriduklaustur (Iceland)
The Gunnar Gunnarsson Institute in Skriduklaustur, a remote homestead in the east of Iceland, is a partner and Icelandic residential centre of the Epic Residencies residential exchange programme. Skriduklaustur is a 16th century monastic complex that was home to the Icelandic writer Gunnar Gunnarsson in the first half of the 20th century, and later became his museum.

The residency is located in the Grosschmidt House (the residence of the famous Košice lawyer from the turn of the 19th and 20th century, Gejza Grosschmidt) on Mäsiarska Street in Košice.

It is the largest cultural centre in Norway, housed in a unique building with over a century of history. The centre's activities include concerts, art exhibitions and performances with a variety of focuses, including performing arts. The building houses 31 studios for visual artists and 16 studios or rehearsal spaces for musicians and composers.
